They say a company is only as good as the team that work for it. Never is this truer than when your team is in charge of caring for vulnerable and elderly clients in the Basingstoke, Hook, Hartley Wintney, Odiham, Oakley, Overton, Bramley and Tadley areas.        

The CareGivers are everything to the company and that is why we go out of our way to look after them. We have a saying - We look after our CareGivers as well as we look after our Clients. And so we should. They do an incredibly good job travelling from client to client in all weathers making sure our clients are looked after to the highest standards. Becoming a CareGiver with us is not easy though. We are robust in our recruitment and selection processes to ensure we get the best people with a positive and genuinely caring personality. That is why we spend so much of our time selecting potential candidates. Before they even get to interview, we ask them to complete a psychometric profile to look at their personality and behavioural traits. If successful at interview, they are invited to undertake our thorough induction programme before going out and shadowing some of our existing highly experienced CareGivers. Only when we are happy they know what they are doing do we sign them off to visit clients unaccompanied. But that's not the end of it. We have a strong ethos of keeping in contact with our CareGivers so they never feel isolated or abandoned and have regular reviews to discuss performance and ongoing training and learning opportunities.
