Celebrating one year of care for the Bishop’s Waltham community

Published: 07/08/2023

One year after our local MP Flick Drummond opened the new Bishop’s Waltham office, we’re celebrating the hundreds of hours of quality homecare we have provided to our local community. The expansion to a second office was necessitated by the increasing demand to extend our highly personalised care services for older people and adults living with disabilities within the area.

Managing Director, Nick Turner, and the wonderful team here at Right at Home Mid Hampshire are looking to extend their support to a larger number of individuals in the region. The demand for care services has been steadily increasing, with almost 20 per cent of the local population now reaching retirement age. As a result, Nick is eager to meet this rising need and help improve more lives within the community.

“I’m proud of the positive impact we are having on our local community. It is very important to us that we deliver professional, compassionate care to our clients when they need it the most. Opening the Bishop’s Waltham office has allowed us to help more people and create jobs for the local economy,” said Nick.

“We always try to go above and beyond to support our clients. It can be an incredibly rewarding experience working in homecare. You really get to make a difference in people’s lives. We’ve come a long way in our first year, but we want to continue to grow our team and reach more people.”

If you think a career in homecare is for you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. We’re always looking to add to our lovely team here at Right at Home Mid Hampshire. Get started in a career where you can really get to have a positive impact on the lives of others.
