Elderly health care and wellbeing supported with high-quality care has been one of my chief goals. It has always been my desire to provide an environment where excellence in day to day care flourishes. My career as a community physiotherapist for 12 years has helped me gain a good understanding of the needs for the elderly which has been key a motivation in establishing a service that takes a holistic approach to care.
Our team is committed to providing quality care with commitment to time and punctuality. We always strive to go the extra mile and respond to yours or your loved one's changing needs. This is reflected in our recent CQC inspection which has rated us overall 'GOOD' with 'OUTSTANDING' in responsive.
Our wonderful team of CareGivers have been carefully selected and comprehensively trained before they are matched with each Client to address their specific needs. All our CareGivers are well supported through regular training and coaching by experienced staff in order to provide the best quality care.
We provide care with compassion which supports and serves any need; from hourly personal assistance to full live-in care. We also offer specialised physiotherapy rehabilitation services which include assistance to improve your day to day function, to improve mobility, balance, strength and stamina, under the guidance of a qualified physiotherapist and supported by a well-trained care team.
