I started my career working in retail and did this for 10 years whilst caring for my grandparents. This prompted me to change career and to pursue a job in care. I worked as a support worker for a housing association for 12 years and progressed to a senior support enabler in that role. My next role was working for a local authority in the adult social care department which I did for 5 years.

I have worked for Right at Home for over a year now and have been given the chance to learn different skills in my new role with the help and support from my colleagues.
