I got into Care when I returned to work 2yrs after having my first child 15yrs ago, and found I really enjoyed it.

I Have over 13yrs experience in care, I also have 4 years’ experience as a Rota Co-ordinator. I worked for a previous company for 8years before being made redundant, working my way up from Carer to Senior Carer to Care Co-ordinator, and assisting the admin team in their daily duties where I could.

I then Joined Right at Home 2yrs ago as a Scheduling Co-ordinator, before progressing to Recruitment and HR Administrator, which I thoroughly enjoy.

I like that no two days are the same, I have a great team I work with daily. We do enjoy a good laugh, which helps when we feel a little down. I especially have a fabulous relationship with my colleague I work closely alongside with, she is always a ray of sunshine. One BIG happy Family.
