Outstanding CQC in Responsive!

We are very proud to announce we received an Outstanding for Responsive in our most recent CQC rating, with a Good rating overall.

We are over the moon with this result, and would like to thank our outstanding team for all the hard work they do supporting our clients. They still amaze us everyday with their kindness, companionship, commitment and hard work to make a such an incredible difference to our clients lives. To reward them we got them some goodies during our team meeting on Tuesday.

It is so important for our us that our clients receive the best possible care, support and service everyday. We are always looking to go the extra mile to help make a difference to each of our client’s lives.  We are so happy we have had an Outstanding rating to reflect this.

At our training we also refreshed our knowledge on Inclusion and Diversity, which was very interesting and insightful. It is essential to us at Right at Home that the views, lifestyles and beliefs of our clients and colleagues are all respected and fully supported in the best possible ways!

Looking forward to celebrating our Outstanding rating even more, and the team meetings we have to coming up in the future.
