Thursday 21st September 2017 is World Alzheimer’s Day.
Dementia Friends, who are part of the Alzheimer’s society created this lovely video. The aim of the video is to teach young people in schools what Alzheimer is and how we can help somebody who has Alzheimer’s.
All through September Dementia Friends have been sharing lovely images, of some amazing Action Pledges from young people.
