I have been working in the Health and Social Care sector for over 22 years and I achieved a City & Guilds Advanced Management in Care Qualification in 1999. I have previously worked with clients with learning difficulties, challenging behavior and mental health needs and I have worked in both residential and domiciliary care settings as a Registered Manager. I have spent the majority of my working career in the private sector.
I joined Right at Home in January 2015, and it was their core values that made me want to be part of their team. I wanted to work for an organisation who want to make a difference to the clients they support.
I work with a dedicated team of staff who are passionate about what they do and what they want to achieve.
I do the scheduling of the visits and I enjoy the challenge that this role brings. I am passionate about providing quality care in a person-centered way to enable clients to remain as independent as they can for as long as they can in a dignified manner within their own home.
I have gained a lot of knowledge, skills and experience over the last 22 years and I am keen to share this with others.
