Caregivers Attend External Training Session

Published: 03/03/2023

This week some of our Caregivers attended an external training course in Bromley.

Caregivers learned what it means to work with others in a team.

Caregivers each drew a tree as a metaphor for our professional life and each part represents different stories of ourselves and the history of our working lives. These could be stories from our culture, our heritage and the important people in our lives who have inspired us.

By drawing the trees and sticking each caregiver's tree next to each other, it allows us to think we are in a forest, looking after and connecting with one another.

One caregiver commented that it the session made them reflect about life and their past work history as well as appreciating all their achievements.

The session was enjoyed by many of the caregivers attending, we had lots of laughs and fun too!

Here are some pictures of the session.
