Hi, my name is Holly, I have worked in care for almost ten years, starting my care journey with Right At Home when I was in university studying Education. I began as a carer and progressed through the company, firstly as admin then co-ordinator, to Registered Manager.

I left for a short time after having my daughter, to work in another domiciliary care agency as their Networking Officer, before now returning to my roots with Right At Home.

I have two young children – an 8 month old son and a 2 ½ year old daughter, so when I am not in work I am generally chasing them around, stopping the baby dribbling on the toddler, or stopping the toddler throwing things at the baby 😊 When I am not wrestling with the children, I prefer to spend my time outdoors, walking with my dog, relaxing in the garden with a book, or trying and failing to grow things in my allotment.

I working in the care industry because I want to make a difference! I enjoy meeting people and doing what I can to ensure they have the best day possible.

I am really excited to back as part of the Right At Home team, and I am looking forward to catching up with those I have worked with previously, and getting to know staff I have not met yet.
