Hello,

 I’m Leah the registered manager for our Cardiff & Newport region of Right at Home. I was very keen in working within the Team for the values, standards and passion for care that projected from the moment I walked through the doors.

I have worked in the health and social care sector since I was 18 and always felt this was my calling in life. I have always wanted to help and care for others, to be a part of someone’s journey, growth, challenges and know you have made a difference no matter how small the step forward, will always bring me a great self-satisfaction.

My purpose to strive forward for management was all the years of trying to make positive changes for staff and keep person centred approaches at the heart of care. Being amongst the work force in the community I can relate and plan for future growth. I am committed and passionate and look forward to being a part of the Right at Home family.
