Hi, my name is Megan, I joined Right At Home when I was 17 years old delivering care and support in the Newport Area before developing into the Office in March 2020 as a Care Coordinator, I then progressed to being the Community Development Manager for all 4 territories’ that we cover. Recently I have been promoted to Deputy Care Coordinator Manager.

Working in the care industry has always been a very special and important thing to me as it has been the most rewarding part of my life and for me to be a part of.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my partner, going for walks and on holiday!
