My name is Sarah-Jane, I am a the field care supervisor carer for the Cardiff area.

I started my career with right at home in 2020. Since working with right at home it has been nothing but good experiences. It’s so nice to feel part of a team. From the carers I work along side to the office staff that are just at the end of the phone if you need any help.

Everyday is different you never know what challenges you might expect, just trying to do my best for someone that needs it and keeping there independence is rewarding enough.

I have 3 lovely children and 2 beautiful granddaughters who I see most weeks.

Outside work I enjoy going to see the Cardiff Devils and have done so for many years now and have also seen ice hockey in Canada and
America as well.
