How we make our care special

At Right at Home Chippenham, we endeavour to provide only the highest quality support to our clients.

Our ‘no stranger policy’ ensures that our clients are visited by regular CareGivers who have a good understanding of their preferences and support needs. All new CareGivers are introduced by a member of staff the client already knows, which enables them to build a rapport and allows them to get to know each other better.

Prior to a clients first visit with us, we meet with our clients and any family/ friends they would like present to find out more about how they would like to be supported. This allows us to create an in-depth care plan that’s tailored to them. This includes any of the clients preferences so they can be completely comfortable when receiving the care they need.

We offer a range of services including housework, shopping, meal preparation, personal care, continence care and medication support. Beyond all of the practical support, we offer invaluable companionship. All of our CareGivers are carefully selected to match our clients’ needs and preferences. If it’s a stroll in the park or a trip to Chippenham Museum, we can find a CareGiver that suits you. This considered matching service allows for a true friendship to forge between Client and CareGiver.     

Our preferred visit times are a minimum of 1 hour. This gives our clients a suitable visit time to ensure that the visit isn’t rushed, and the client can receive high quality care.
