At Right at Home Chippenham, a whole team of people work together to deliver high quality care to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

 

CareGivers

Our CareGivers are our frontline staff. Their friendly faces provide a range of support including cleaning, personal care and companionship. Without these amazing members of staff, we couldn’t offer the high-quality support that we do, and many clients would be left without the help they need. Our CareGivers build relationships with their clients, which really adds to the comfort, happiness and trust that our clients feel.

 

Care Managers

The Care Managers oversee our fantastic team of CareGivers, ensuring that they have all of the training and support they need. While they may appear more behind the scenes, the role they play is vital for a smooth-running service for staff and clients. Our Care Managers regularly visit our clients in their homes to ensure their support is matching their needs and preferences.

 

Team Leaders

Team Leaders work closely with our Care Managers to support their staff and clients. Team Leaders complete regular supervisions and spot checks with our team of CareGivers. Our Team Leaders offer vital support to clients from their initial care assessment, through to visiting them for regular reviews.

 

Marketing

Our marketing team are here to help find more amazing members of staff and also reach people in need of care to offer them services they may love. Our marketing team are always coming up with new ideas to help spread the word about the amazing work that our team do.
