We’re delighted to announce that Right at Home has been awarded national 5* employer status across our network of 60+ locally owned and operated offices for the second year running.

Earlier this year, we implemented our annual employee engagement survey, run by independent researcher WorkBuzz, where more than 1,200 CareGivers completed the anonymised survey across the Right at Home network. As a premium provider of homecare, it is important to us that not only are our Clients happy but that our CareGivers feel supported and happy in their work too, so we conduct this survey to gain insight into how our CareGivers feel we are doing as an employer.

Right at Home is the most highly-rated national homecare agency on the UK’s leading independent review site, homecare.co.uk. The company provides Clients with a wide range of services, delivered in the comfortable surroundings of their own home, from companionship and personal care through to meal preparation, running errands, specialist dementia care and full-time live-in care.

Highlights from the CareGiver and Client surveys include:

• 98% of CareGivers agreed they are clear about what is expected of them in their role

• 94% of CareGivers would recommend Right at Home’s care services

• 93% of CareGivers believe their job gives them the opportunity to learn and develop new skills

• 94% of Clients said their CareGivers make them feel safe when they visit

• 95% of Clients would recommend Right at Home

• 96% of Clients agreed their CareGivers make a positive difference to their life

In addition, almost 50% of the Right at Home offices that took part in the survey were awarded local 5* employer recognition, which is achieved by gaining an engagement score of 90 or above.
