Across the country, Right at Home’s franchisees have provided anonymous feedback on their satisfaction across many areas of the brand, resulting in Right at Home being awarded Five Star Franchisee Satisfaction status for the eighth consecutive year.

Deciding to leave employment to start your own franchise business can seem like a huge step. So how can you feel secure in your potential for success with your chosen business model?

We believe that hearing first-hand from our franchisees about their experiences can help you to feel confident about making that commitment. Every year, Right at Home’s local owners anonymously participate in the WorkBuzz independent Franchisee Satisfaction Survey. The responses from our established franchisees, to questions about the support, training, leadership and rewards, can help you assess the strength of our franchise system as you consider your future.

This year, we are incredibly proud to receive the following feedback from our franchise owners:

  • 96% said they were proud to be a franchisee with Right at Home
  • 96% said the long term prospects for their franchise business are very good
  • 98% said RaH National Office cares about and responds to the issues that are important to franchisees 
  • 100% of franchisees were motivated to go the extra mile

These results certainly reflect a happy network – with a General Satisfaction score of 96% and an Overall Satisfaction score of 92%, Right at Home has been awarded Five Star Franchises Satisfaction status for a record eighth year, the only national homecare franchise to ever achieve this.

As CEO, Ken Deary says: “We are really pleased – despite the network having grown we have actually increased our score from last year. This means a lot, because we know Right at Home’s success is dependent on our franchisees being happy and satisfied business owners.”

Comments from franchisees included “I thoroughly value the relationship I have with the franchisor and know that they genuinely are interested in seeing the success of their franchisees.”

Another said: “The support during the recent pandemic has been phenomenal. Throughout the communication has been unbelievable and they have kept us informed with changes in guidelines as they happen, meaning that we can trust our procedures to keep staff and clients safe during a difficult time. I’m sure that many other operators would have had to fight this battle alone!”Right at Home has developed a culture of support for every stage of business development; from start-up, through growth, to maximising the value within an established business.
