Quality & Compliance Manager
Carolynne is passionate about the delivery of high quality care and thoroughly enjoys supporting with the quality and compliance element of this. She has worked in the care industry since 1995 in varying roles from support/care worker to General Manager, within different care settings including, Learning disabilities, Forensic Mental Health, Supported Living services, Domiciliary care, Live-in care, Spinal Injuries, Residential and Nursing care.
“The skills I have developed throughout my career have added to the foundation to my roles within quality and compliance, and has enabled me to offer credible support to both the franchised network and company owned organisations.
In my spare time I love nothing better than spending time with my friends and family, playing hockey and any other outdoor activities including walking my two dogs…. I like a glass of wine too!!”
