She works closely with candidates while they are evaluating the business opportunity presented by Right at Home UK, ensuring they receive all the information they need, including access to existing franchisees. Kate works with the senior management team to guide prospective new franchisees through a process of qualification that ensures all our local owners have the skills and attributes required to build a successful business and to reflect the high standards associated with the Right at Home brand.
“Having joined Right at Home in the early days of its first UK pilot office, I’ve had the privilege of seeing it grow from infancy. My early days included working as a carer and in the back office; I still see one of the ‘adopted grandmothers’ who I used to work with! My children have grown up understanding the importance of looking after people properly and that means a lot to me. Now the most rewarding part of my job is seeing new franchise owners elevating the proven system with fresh ideas and really buzzing from what they’ve achieved.”
