We are responsive.

Clients or their families can contact us at any time. Right at Home GF care managers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year to support our home care and live in care services in Guildford, Farnham, Fleet, Farnborough, Godalming and surrouding towns and villages. Our clients’ well-being is always our top priority. We want the best for them at all times.

We are selective.

We employ only the best CareGivers and give them thorough training in our Farnham office before we carefully put the right CareGiver with the right client, through a precise matching process. Once a CareGiver and client are matched, we provide extensive information about the client’s needs to the CareGiver.

We are flexible.

If a client or family ever feel a particular CareGiver is not well matched, all it takes is a phone call. We can custom match another CareGiver to a client at any time.

We have ten values that mean a lot to us, we only recruit people who we believe live up to these values. We are very proud of the reputation we have built up for our high quality home care and live in care services in Farnham and surrounding towns and villages, this is all down to the amazing people we we are lucky enough to have in our team. Respect involves avoiding arguments and being fair minded, not putting others down or being mean or cruel. Agreeing to disagree is a respectful way to avoid arguments.

We are protected.

We carry all of the necessary liability insurance coverage so that all of our clients and their families are fully protected. In order to ensure only the highest quality staff support our clients, all our CareGivers are employed directly by their local office. All staff undergo rigorous Criminal Record Bureau and reference checks, together with ongoing training. For this reason we will not use agency staff.
