Sunflower Cafe – Bordon

Whilst we wait being able to get our community groups up and running again safely in the community we are now running both Singing for the Mind and Love to Move Groups virtually, using Zoom. These session are going really well and although not quite the same as meeting in person do give those attending a bit of social interaction, some exercise and a bit of fun to break up the week. These sessions are currently both running every week on a Tuesday, to register your interest and be sent the log on details please complete this sign up form.

If you or your loved one does not currently have access to Zoom then do please still register – we are actively looking for ways to support people to get online to be able to enjoy these events.

The Sunflower Cafe welcomes people living with dementia and those who care for them. It’s a chance to relax, chat over a cup of coffee, maybe do a jigsaw, play a game of bingo and speak to one of the health experts on hand.
