5 Star WorkBuzz Employer

Right at Home Havant & Petersfield has been awarded a 5* Employer Award. This award followed its network’s annual anonymised Carer Satisfaction Survey results, administered by the independent research company, WorkBuzz.
40 CareGivers took part in the Satisfaction Survey and highlights from the report include:

100% of CareGivers agreed that they are clear about what is expected of them in their role.

93% of CareGivers would recommend Right at Home Havant & Petersfield as a great place to work.

100% of CareGivers would rate the initial training as “good” or “excellent”.
Speaking on the results of the CareGiver Satisfaction Survey, Nickki Haggar, Registered Care Manager, of Right at Home Havant & Petersfield said:
"I have always said that we have a great team of CareGivers and support staff here at Right at Home Havant & Petersfield and it’s a huge honour to receive such positive feedback from them this year. The feedback they provide really helps shape the future of the business."
Each year, Right at Home also invests in an annual Client Satisfaction Survey, to enable continuous improvement in its offering to Clients and their families. This year Clients who receive care from Right at Home Havant & Petersfield took part in the survey with some outstanding results, including:

100% of Clients agreed that their CareGivers treat them with respect and dignity.

97% of Clients agreed that their CareGivers are trustworthy and they can depend on them.

97% of Clients agreed that their CareGivers make a positive difference to their life.
Clients were also able to leave comments with feedback on the care they receive and their CareGivers.

Duncan Cameron (Franchise Owner) added:
“I am absolutely delighted to be awarded the Work Buzz 5 Star for 2023. The last time we achieved this accolade was in 2020 when the team was half the size. We have worked very hard to look after our team of Carers. As a result of last year’s survey results, we introduced new initiatives such as a Carer Council and reinstated our Senior Care Team. I believe that these have helped enormously. We put our people as number one ensuring that they are cared for, so they can deliver high-quality care for our clients.”
Right at Home UK has also been awarded an accolade as a 5* Employer, for the fifth consecutive year. A total of 1,701 CareGivers from across the network participated in the survey, with 35 individually owned and operated Right at Home offices achieving 5* Employer status.
