Right at Home Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe is proud to provide high quality care in our area, to improve the quality of life for our clients and enable them to live safely and happily in their own homes.

We have owned and run two Outstanding-rated homecare services (with just 4% of homecare providers in England now achieving that rating!).  Our most recent CQC report said “People were at the very heart of the service and the focus was on delivering first-class care. The provider's philosophy and values were shared across the staff team.” 

It’s always a team effort, and we know that being able to offer continuity of care means recruiting the right people who want to make a difference, and ensuring they are trained and supported to be exceptional.

Our CareGivers are personally introduced to their clients who they see regularly, and therefore become an invaluable part of a client’s support network. From experience, it’s reassuring to involve clients and let them know CareGivers are not there to take over, but to assist and to do things together whenever possible.

All visits are a minimum of one hour, allowing time to provide quality care that isn’t just ‘task-based.’ Whether a client is being assisted with personal care, or accompanied out in the community, companionship and encouragement is always be at the heart of our service.
