Homecare in Ipswich, Woodbridge & Felixstowe

Right at Home Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe’s aim is to provide the highest quality care in our area, and improve the quality of life for our Clients in enabling them to live safely and happily in their own homes for as long as possible.

My husband Bill and I have previously owned and run an Outstanding-rated homecare service in Hampshire, so are acutely aware that achieving continuity of care means recruiting the right individuals who want to make a difference, and ensuring they are trained and supported to be exceptional CareGivers!

We know that CareGivers should be carefully matched and personally introduced to their clients who they see regularly, and therefore become an invaluable part of a Client’s support network. From experience, it’s reassuring to involve clients and let them know CareGivers are not there to take over, but to assist and to do things together whenever possible.

All visits are a minimum of one hour, allowing time to provide quality care that isn’t just ‘task-based.’ Whether a client is being assisted with personal care, or accompanied out in the community, companionship and encouragement will always be at the heart of our service.

So, if you or a loved-one are considering companionship, personal care, assistance with medication, meal preparation, specialist dementia care or assistance in living with other medical conditions, please call 01473 561212 for a chat.

Claire and Bill Percy, Managing Directors, Right at Home Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe.
