At Right at Home we understand there is never an easy time to be faced with the decision to move out of your home and into an unfamiliar care home setting.

Our Overnight Care Service is an extremely viable alternative to a care home; as we offer one-to-one highly personalised, flexible care and support in surroundings familiar to you and your loved ones.

The main principles of care should stay the same for overnight care and generally the care breaks down into 2 types of care:

Waking Nights: This means the CareGiver will stay awake for the whole night generally on an 8 to10 hour shift, this type of service meets the needs of Clients who have broken sleep patterns stay awake and may have a tendency to wander.

Sleeping Nights: This means the CareGiver will ensure the client is settled and then go to sleep as well. The difference being that on the whole the Clients sleep patterns are generally good and consistent and may only on occasion get up during the night.
