She explains a bit about herself and working in care and for Right at Home.

1. Tell me a little bit about yourself?
- I'm Aila from Philippines. I'm ambitious and driven, if i want something I'm not afraid to take any risk or to work hard,My heart is very soft to old people, because i grew up with my grandmother,I found this job really interesting since then i enjoyed caring for other people who needs my help.

2. What were your first impressions of Right at Home?
- They deliver and provide the best care.

3. Did you have any previous experience in care before you joined?
- Yes been working in care industry for 2 years before i joined RAH.

4. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time when you are not caring?
- I really enjoyed cooking, walking, spending time with my family and friends.

5. What has surprised you most about working at Right at Home?
- They are listening to all carers concerns.

6. What is the most challenging thing about being a carer?
- The weather especially when are driving all day, the client attitude sometimes.

7. What do you enjoy most about working at Right at Home?
- Meeting different clients, get to know more about them, the bonding with them and seeing clients smile on their face,

8. What did you do before joining Right at Home?
- I working as a carer aswell.

9. What might we be surprised to know about you?
- Going to my visits on time, making sure my clients is happy and comfortable.

10. What would you tell someone who is thinking about joining the team?
-Good company and they do care about their staffs.

11. How do you think clients would describe you?
- They calling me little girl whose always smiling and full of energy.

12. Tell me how you first got involved with Right at Home?
- I was looking for new company then my friend who is working here as well encouraged me to apply.
