Kristina has won employee of the month, she is always caring and friendly, making her clients feel supported and relaxed. Congratulations and well done.

She explains a bit about herself and working in care and for Right at Home.

Tell me a little bit about yourself?

- My name is Kristina.I'm 41 years old, I have two daughters.Gabriele she is 18 years old and Leila is 8 years old.

What were your first impressions of Right at Home? 

- I have been working for almost five years and there are friendly staff.

Did you have any previous experience in care before you joined? 

- When I join the company I don't have any experience.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time when you are not caring? 

- I like spending time with my family and friends going out. Relaxing and watching tv.

What has surprised you most about working at Right at Home? 

- Friendly team, lovely clients.

What is the most challenging thing about being a carer? 

- Most challenging sometimes is dealing with families or their friends.

What do you enjoy most about working at Right at Home? 

- Most enjoyable is when you get compliments from clients and when they say thank you for everything that you do.

What did you do before joining Right at Home?  

- I took care of my youngest daughter before, I was working at an American company providing supplies for hospitals and GPs all over the world.

How do you think clients would describe you? 

- The clients say I'm a caring, friendly, kind and always supportive smiling person who cheers them up.
