AGE UK CHESHIRE – Bright Memories Service
The Bright Memories Service is a day activity group for people living with the early - mid stages of dementia.
Our groups offer fun, friendship and stimulation to people living with dementia, whilst allowing care givers much needed respite.
Age UK Cheshire is a local charity organisation working with older people, their families, and their carers to support them in living their best lives. We do this by helping people to combat poverty, relieve social isolation and increase their independence through our various services throughout Cheshire. We want to create a future where every older person in Cheshire has the opportunity to live their best life.
