Person Centred Care

At Right at Home Mid Cheshire, we are committed to providing Outstanding Home Care services to Clients in our local communities. We support Adults of all ages including the Elderly and people living with associated conditions such as Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinsons, Stroke, Frailty, Sensory Impairments, and much more.

We firmly believe that to provide an excellent service, you need time, so we have a preferred minimum visit time of one hour. This time enables both our CareGivers and Clients to have a positive experience for support to be provided where it is needed, but also to have a conversation and social interaction.

Celebrating Our New Right at Home T-Shirts

Our brand new Right at Home t-shirts that embody the spirit of our dedicated team.

Meet Karen, Jemma, and Emily, three of our incredible CareGivers, who are already rocking these shirts with pride in a Charlies Angels Style.

As we proudly wear these t-shirts, we stand united in our mission to enhance the lives of our Clients and foster a sense of community within our team. Each t-shirt represents a story of compassion, trust, and the countless moments of connection that our CareGivers create.

Thank you to Karen, Jemma, Emily, and our entire team for being the driving force behind the care that defines us.

We firmly believe that to provide an excellent service, you need time. That's why we have a preferred minimum visit time of one hour, enabling both our CareGivers and Clients to have a positive experience that allows not only time for support to be provided where it is needed, but also to have a conversation and allow for social interaction. This is where we believe we can truly "make a difference every day" to the lives of our Clients.

If you or any of your loved ones require companionship or support with personal care, medication, meal preparation, transportation, dementia or have any complex health conditions then please get in touch.

Trusted to make a Difference

The quality of our CareGivers is why Right at Home is the number one rated national homecare agency on the leading, independent review site homecare.co.uk. It is our aim to become the UK’s most trusted homecare provider – a goal which is made possible by the strong relationships of trust that our CareGivers have built with their Clients.

Contact our friendly team. We’ll arrange a time to visit you, your family and/or any authorised representative to fully discuss your particular situation and how Right at Home might help.

Together, we’ll go over the care your family needs and the care we provide. We’ll answer all of your questions regarding services and costs.

Then, we’ll begin putting together your Personal Care Plan and matching your loved one with the right CareGiver.

We pride ourselves on being able to respond to urgent care needs with speed, but without compromising on standards.

A truly touching moment

Our amazing caregiver, together with their Client, created something truly special and meaningful - a clay hand print!

This beautiful handprint was carefully crafted with love and attention, capturing a precious memory for the family to cherish. The caregiver's thoughtfulness and creativity have truly made a lasting impact on the lives of those we care for.

We believe that it's the little things that make the biggest difference, and this heartfelt gift is a testament to that.

It's moments like these that remind us of the profound connections we build with our Clients and their families. Their thoughtfulness is truly inspiring. We know when the family touch this hand the impact can't be measured.✋

Homecare is not only for the elderly.

Right at Home delivers outstanding quality homecare to adults in and around Northwich. We support people long-term, living with dementia, physical, and/or learning disabilities, or short-term, recovering from illness or injury.

Whilst it is true that many elderly people need homecare, most service providers work with a wide variety of people. Becoming ill, vulnerable, or struggling to cope with everyday tasks after surgery or hospitalisation can affect anyone, at any age.

You may not know that we also offer a companionship service, providing a trusted, friendly face to share interest and hobbies with.

We said farewell and thank you to Jane Jackson, our Incredible Administration Manager in July.

Today, we bid a fond farewell to Jane Jackson, who has been an invaluable part of our team for nearly 3 years.
As our Administration Manager, Jane has played a crucial role in keeping things running smoothly and spreading positivity wherever she goes.
To celebrate her remarkable contributions, our office decided to push the boat out with a delightful afternoon tea, adorned with vibrant decorations to match Jane's vibrant personality.
Our CareGivers from across the team sent in heartfelt notes and messages to express their appreciation and gratitude for all that Jane has done.
A special shout-out to our Registered Manager, Jo, for arranging this lovely send-off!
Jane, you have made a lasting impact on our team and the lives of those we care for. Your dedication, kindness, and enthusiasm will be greatly missed.
As you move on to new adventures, know that you leave behind a team that will always cherish the memories we've shared together.
Wishing you all the best on this next chapter of your journey.
