My name is Emma, I am the Registered Care Manger at Right at Home Mid Cheshire.
I feel extremely proud and privileged to have worked in the health and social care sector for over 20 years. I started my career as a Care Assistant, gaining valuable experience in both domiciliary and residential care. I spent several years as a Care Manager before becoming a qualified tutor and assessor for the Level 5 Care Management Apprenticeship.
Outside of work I am a Community First Responder at North West Ambulance Service which means that I respond to the most serious emergency calls, usually arriving at the scene of life-threatening situations before other emergency services.
I am a volunteer in the community delivering Heart Start, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) group learning sessions for the British Heart Foundation in Cheshire which I find extremely enjoyable and rewarding.
My passion is to help people to live independently in their own home for as long as possible. To achieve this I ensure people are treated with the utmost dignity and respect, I am firmly committed to providing a family feel to the care we provide, with a focus on improving well-being and independence in all areas of people’s daily lives and on delivering the highest quality of care and support.
I live in Mid Cheshire, am married with 2 children and I am very close to my parents and grandparent, who I enjoy spending my free time with.
