Client and CareGiver Surveys – results are in!

We’re very proud of the great work done by all our wonderful CareGivers, who have helped Right at Home build a reputation for delivering quality care and companionship.

Our care teams are always happy to go the extra mile for their clients and the results of our latest Client and CareGiver surveys show how widely this is appreciated!

Well done to you all and thank you to everyone who took part in the surveys – your feedback is invaluable and we will use this as an opportunity to see where we can further improve, both as a quality care provider and as an employer of choice.

Across the UK, the independent research company surveyed a total of 222 Right at Home clients and 259 CareGivers.

The results showed that:

  • 97 % of CareGivers felt their franchise owner and Registered Manager consistently reflect Right at Home’s values
  • 95% of clients felt their CareGiver was well-matched to their needs
  • 94% of clients said their CareGiver makes them feel safe when they visit
  • 93% of our CareGivers are proud to say they work for Right at Home
  • 92% of clients said their CareGiver had an ‘excellent’ understanding of their needs
  • 90% of clients and 95% of CareGivers said they would definitely recommend Right at Home’s care services to others
  • 88% of clients said their CareGiver always arrives on time
  • 88% of CareGivers rate their training as ‘good’ or ‘excellent’ and the same percentage would definitely recommend Right at Home as a great place to work
