Right at Home CEO Ken Deary is nominated for Director of the Year Award

Ken Deary, the CEO of national homecare provider Right at Home UK, has been announced as a finalist at the Institute of Directors North West & Isle of Man Director of the Year Awards 2020.

In just nine years, Ken has grown the Right at Home UK homecare franchise into the £37.5 million+ turnover business that it is today, with 60+ locally-owned and operated offices across England and Wales.

Right at Home supports people to continue living independently in the comfort of their own home and offers a wide-range of services, including companionship, personal care, specialist dementia care and 24-hour live-in care.

Since launching the first franchise in 2011, under Ken’s leadership Right at Home UK is: the number one rated homecare group on the leading, independent review site homecare.co.uk; recognised as a 5* employer by the independent research company WorkBuzz; has the highest percentage of Outstanding ratings by the Care Quality Commission out of any major homecare brand over the past 12 months; and has been awarded 5* Franchisee satisfaction scores from its network of owners for seven consecutive years.
