Right at Home has implemented a new care management software system as part of its commitment to ensure the best possible outcomes and quality of life for the vulnerable people it helps support.
Access PeoplePlanner is a domiciliary care management solution that will benefit Right at Home’s clients by helping the company deliver exceptional services and enhance its staff productivity and efficiency with the reduction of paperwork. Management will also benefit in terms of increased visibility and control, as the system delivers a detailed overview of key management information and analysis tools.
Tim Jones, operations director for Right at Home UK, explains: “As a premium care provider our first golden rule is that we’re are looking for the best possible outcome for our clients. As a result we are looking to partner with industry-leading businesses.
“We recognise that upgrading our software to Access People Planner will support the productivity of our business owners with leading technology and be cost effective. We also believe the Care Quality Commission will appreciate the benefits of the clients and carer’s portal,” adds Tim.
Access’s intuitive scheduling system will allow the organisation to go paperless and mobile, saving time and increasing visibility and control of visits for family members and carers, who will be easily able to monitor their loved one’s care.
Tim said: “Productivity, quality, efficiency and growth are all benefits of working with Access – we only want to partner with the very best. The reporting structure and management capabilities will help promote the health and well-being of our clients and, importantly, we will be able to easily communicate in real-time with all our CareGivers.
“We scoured the market for five to six months before we decided on the best solution. Access stood out because their product could be tailor-made to fit our needs and we have support on hand from a dedicated account and project manager. They were very keen to partner with us a premium care provider in the UK and so far the whole experience has been very positive.”
