Nantwich based home care provider Right at Home South Cheshire is shortlisted for the highly sought-after National Home Care Team of the Year Award at the 2019 Great British Care Awards. The shortlisting follows the team’s win at the regional awards back in November.
The annual awards, which are a key date in the calendar for organisations operating in the social care sector, shine a spotlight on best practice and excellence. The national finals take place on Friday 8th March 2019 at The ICC, Birmingham with more than 900 people expected to attend.
Right at Home South Cheshire provides personal care and support to people living in the comfort of their own home. The company currently supports 65 Clients across Nantwich, Crewe, Sandbach, Alsager and surrounding areas and employs more than 40 CareGivers. Services range from companionship, home help and personal care to specialist dementia care and live-in care services.
Commenting on the awards, Right at Home South Cheshire Owner Ben Selby said: “We are absolutely thrilled to get this national recognition. We’re up against tough competition but we truly believe we have the best possible team in place to support our Clients with the highest standard of care and support.”
“Our amazing team of CareGivers are genuinely committed to making a difference to our Clients’ lives every day whilst providing high quality care so Clients can remain living in the comfort of their own home.”
It’s been a highly successful 12 months for Right at Home South Cheshire. Ben and his team picked up the awards for Excellence in Customer Service and Start up Business of the Year at the South Cheshire Chamber of Commerce Business Awards back in November 2018, and won the North West Home Care Team award at the regional Great British Care Awards. In addition, the business was also rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission, the independent regulator of all health and social care services in England, in its first full inspection last year.
