Home Care Team awarded 5* Employer Award

Right at Home North Somerset is delighted to have been awarded 5* Employer status by the independent research company, WorkBuzz. The award is as a result of the feedback given in the annual Carer Satisfaction Survey - an annual anonymised survey of over 1,700 CareGivers who work for Right at Home.


Highlights from the survey include:
● 98% of CareGivers are proud to work for Right at Home
● 95% would recommend Right at Home’s care services
● 100% would rate the training as ‘good’ or ‘excellent’

 

Grant Attwood, Managing Director of Right at Home North Somerset said of the survey results:
“I am extremely proud and humbled to receive this feedback from our incredible team of dedicated CareGivers. There is always room for us to improve and we will continue to value and support our incredible team to the utmost.”

This marks the 5th consecutive year that Right at Home UK has been recognised a 5*Employer. Over 1700 CareGivers across the country gave feedback in the survey, with a total of
35 individually owned and operated Right at Home offices achieving 5* Employer status - Right at Home North Somerset included.

This latest award follows an exciting 12 months for Right at Home North Somerset, following the team winning the ‘Covid Superhero’ award at the regional finals of the Great British Care
Awards in late 2022, and an exciting year of fundraising which has resulted in thousands of pounds going to good causes close to the hearts of the team and their clients.
