🏡 Right at Home Oxford 🏡 was at the Dementia Oxfordshire Information Day on Monday! 🎉 We met with many organisations who work together to support people living with dementia and their families. It was a fantastic opportunity to share ideas and get to know everything that is out there that can help our clients. ❤️  What a great day!!🎊 🎊
