Clients or their families can contact us at any time. Care managers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year. Our clients’ well-being is always our top priority. We want the best for them at all times.
We are selective.
We employ only the best CareGivers and give them thorough training before we carefully put the right CareGiver with the right client, through a precise matching process. Once a CareGiver and client are matched, we provide extensive information about the client’s needs to the CareGiver.
We are flexible.
If a client or family is unsatisfied with a particular CareGiver, all it takes is a phone call. We can custom match another CareGiver to a client at any time.
We are protected.
We carry all of the necessary liability insurance coverage so that all of our Clients and their families are fully protected. In order to ensure only the highest quality staff support our Clients, all our CareGivers are employed directly by their local office. All staff undergo rigorous Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and reference checks, together with ongoing training. For this reason we will not use agency staff.
It is such a welcome surprise to employ a care agency that does what they say they will provide, plus more.
My father is now getting the support he should get, far better and 'streets apart' from the variable care (sometimes good, several times bad) previously given by 2 other care agencies employed.
My role is already starting to change back, where possible, to being my father's daughter, enjoying his company, sharing moments together and removing some of the responsibility / hard work of caring. Both my father and I have greatly benefited from Right at Home's excellent care and support.
