Right at Home have been shortlisted for 2014 Best Franchise Awards

Award-winning franchisor Right at Home, a global leader in the home care market with over 400 local offices world-wide, has been shortlisted for the 2014 Best Franchise Awards for the category of “Best Franchise — £75k plus investment”.

The awards are organised by franchise research organisation Smith & Henderson and are based on an independent and confidential industry-wide benchmarking programme of franchisee satisfaction. Franchisees were invited to complete the anonymous Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark survey and rate the training and support provided by their franchisor, the franchise system and their overall franchise ownership experience.  The top franchisors have then been shortlisted for The 2014 Best Franchise Awards, supported by RBS.  Right at Home will present to a judging panel in London on 20th November.  The winners will be announced at the Best Franchise Conference on 27 November in Milton Keynes.

Ken Deary, UK managing director of Right at Home said: “We are absolutely delighted to be shortlisted for one of the most prestigious awards in the franchise sector.  The key thing for us is that it is based on franchisee satisfaction and this is the acid test of a good franchise.”

He added: “This nomination comes hot on the heels of Right at Home winning the ‘Best Emerging Franchisor’ award at this year’s British Franchise Association awards so winning this award could be the icing on the cake!”
