Our Homecare Promise in Bassett
Visits aren't rushed; our preferred visit time is one hour. Unlike other Care companies that provide 15-minute Care calls, we provide a minimum of an hour; we found that in order to provide Outstanding Homecare, 15 minutes is not enough.
Our CareGivers are carefully matched to our Clients based on their interests and personality. All our CareGivers are introduced to Clients in a Shadowing visit before they begin delivering Care.
We have a professional dress code but do not wear a uniform, as we recognise that some of our Clients would prefer discreet service when we accompany them out in Bassett.
We are quick to react, vigilant in our duty of Care and always aim to leave our Care Calls by leaving a smile on our Clients' faces! All our CareGivers in Bassett are background checked and have to go through our induction process. They also all go through our very rigorous recruitment and interview process. Southampton Common is a large park North of Southampton City Centre and next to our Office on Bassett Avenue, a short drive from Shirley Highstreet, Highfield and Portswood. In the Summer, we often use Southampton Common for walking meetings, a chance to take some time away from our laptops and enjoy nature!In the warmer weather, Southampton Common is a great place to visit, especially if you have a dog or a young family; it has a play park for children and acres of woodland, parkland, greenery and ponds.
It's a prime location for several Community Events, including; Let's Rock Southampton Music Festival, Pretty Muddy 5K and other Charity Runs.
