As a Right at Home Solent Care Assistant, you will be caring, friendly, reliable, and patient. You will need good verbal communication skills and have a genuine desire to help others.
Duties will include personal care, assisting clients with washing and dressing, shopping, housekeeping, meal preparation, and taking clients for appointments or outings.
Locations:
Right at Home need Care Assistants in Park Gate and all the surrounding areas. You will be the face of Right at Home Solent so you will need to be personable, well presented and completely trustworthy.
Pay and benefits:
- Regular support and supervision
- Pay starting at £10.93, plus an enhancement for weekend work and Bank Holidays,
- Mileage allowance of 25p
- Comprehensive induction and on-going professional development-
- Opportunity to undertake a QCF Level 2 or 3 or Diploma in Health & Social
Requirements YOU WILL NEED TO BE A CAR DRIVER AND HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR OWN CAR. This position is also subject to a DBS Disclosure which can be applied for during the recruitment process.
