Training and Development
At Right at Home Solent, we are passionate about progression and learning - if you're a CareGiver with us - the sky is the limit! We do regular training sessions with all of our CareGivers, which are great fun! After a CareGiver has been with us for a year, we also give them the opportunity to study a Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (the only stipulation is that you have to work a minimum of 16 hours a week!)
Progression
At Right at Home Solent, we are also passionate about progression, we want everyone to progress in their career, as much or as little as they want to. Sam, who works in our office as Client Relationship Lead, is a prime example of someone who has progressed and is now excelling. Sam joined the Right at Home Solent team two years ago, as a CareGiver, she then progressed to Team Leader and she is now Client Relationship Lead.
