Our Registered Manager, Amanda, started rolling out the training a couple of weeks ago, and so far, it’s been successful, with all of our CareGivers who have completed it, saying that they learnt a lot from it. At Right at Home Solent, we are passionate about providing as many training sessions as we can, for those CareGivers who want to learn new things; we are always supportive of those who want to progress in the Career in Care.
