Right at Home Solent is relaunching its Refer a Friend Scheme. We're looking for more lovely CareGivers to join our excellent team. The Refer a Friend Scheme also includes our wonderful Clients. So if you know someone that you think would make the perfect CareGiver, or someone who would benefit from our services, who lives in Fareham, Gosport, Southampton, the New Forest or other areas we cover, fill out the Refer a Friend form or get in touch with our office on 01329 233755. (Did we mention you get £150 in vouchers if they're successful!*).

Right at Home Solent CareGivers

A great CareGiver needs to be caring, but Right at Home Solent looks for more than that in our recruitment process, so what are we looking for? We're looking for someone patient, kind, and reliable. We need CareGivers who are understanding and empathetic towards our Clients and their families. Experience within the Care industry can be beneficial but not necessary; our CareGivers complete a three-day induction process and shadow an existing CareGiver until they are confident to provide Care solo.

We run training sessions every two weeks, so even if you can't do the soonest induction, we can get you booked on one that works for you. To get an idea of what to expect, watch the video below.  

Right at Home Solent Clients

We provide various levels of Care to Clients in Gosport, Fareham, Southampton, the New Forest and other areas. The type of Care we provide is unique to each Client we take on, from Companionship and Hourly Care to Specialist Care, Dementia Support and Live-In Care. After receiving an enquiry, the first step is coming out to meet our potential Client so we can get to know you and assess what type of Care you're looking for. If you or someone you know might benefit from some level of Care, please don't hesitate to get in touch - We'd be more than happy to talk to you. 

We have some lovely reviews from our Clients and their Next of Kin, so take your time, look through them and do some research - you don't just have to take our word for it.

*The person who has been referred needs to tell us they have been referred by someone upfront, and we need to know within three days of their application.

The person who has been referred will need to have worked in the community for one month before the vouchers canbe issued.

The person who has been referred will need to have been a Client with us for at least one month. 

You do not need to work for Right at Home or have their services to make the referral and receive the vouchers.
