Providing care for Right at Home South Cheshire is about aiding Clients by providing quality homecare services, helping Clients to maintain their independence, dignity, and achieve their goals, whilst building lasting relationships.

Adult Social Care is a diverse sector with lots of roles, each with ranging responsibilities, such as:

  • Progression
  • Development opportunities
  • Job Security

There are many reason why people choose to pursue a career in care. What are they?

  • Shift patterns that are flexible (especially for parents who require flexibility with their role)
  • A rewarding and fulfilling feeling
  • Job Security
  • The chance to meet new people

What responsibilities and duties will you have?

  • Core responsibilities depend on the area, and type of Client. We will aim to place your calls in the same area where possible, and place you with a Client who has the same interests as yourself, so that we can find the right match.
  • No two days are ever the same. You will always be faced with a new task, and will be required to tackle these head on and in the correct manner.
  • All roles have the shared aim of helping to improve the lives of Clients and their families.

What type of services do we provide?

Companionship - this can have huge benefits to the mental and physical health and wellbeing of a person. Social interaction can be an important factor in preventing isolation and loneliness in the elderly. Companionship can allow you to regain or enable your independence by getting out in the community and boosting your self-esteem. We aim to match our CareGivers and Clients so they share interests and personality traits. In doing so, both can benefit from a genuine friendship, built on trust and mutual understanding.

Live-in Care - this involves having a trusted and reliable Carer live with you in your own home. Our private live-in Carers are available across South Cheshire to offer support with day-to-day activities, companionship, personal hygiene, housekeeping and specialist medical care. Our live-in care services in South Cheshire are a viable alternative to a care home, offering one-to-one highly personalised, flexible care and support in the comfortable and familiar surroundings of your own home.

Dementia Care - we understand the difficulties associated with living with dementia. More importantly, we can support your loved one to remain living independently in the comfort of their own home. At Right at Home South Cheshire, we also have official Dementia Champions. We partner with the Alzheimer’s Society, so our team members are trained by experts. Every Dementia Champion delivers free information and awareness sessions to businesses and individuals across the local community. Our aim is to help more people to understand what it is like living with dementia.
