Quality & Compliance Manager

Dave is responsible for providing quality and compliance guidance and support, ensuring that all offices maintain the high standards of care delivery expected by Right at Home UK.

Dave supports business owners to deliver person centred care and support; ensuring that offices are aware of regulatory compliance obligations.

He has gained over twenty five years experience working within health and social care within statutory, private and third sector organisations.  This journey has seen him work within diverse health and social care environments including child protection and spending fourteen years working for the Health and Social Care regulator for England, as an inspector, regulation manager and as a national provider lead, responsible for account managing the relationship at corporate level for some of the largest health and social care providers across England.  Taking the opportunity to work within private, independent health and social care Dave has overseen quality and commercial oversight of a portfolio of registered care facilities and undertaken quality and compliance roles across a number of large corporate provider organisations.  These experiences have provided him with a unique insight into the important role of both regulation and delivering high quality, person centred care.

Dave holds a professional social work qualification and has studied management at post-graduate level and completed Institute of Leadership accredited professional coaching and mentoring programmes.
