Orla brings with her a wealth of experience in recruitment, the majority of which comes from the Health and Social Care sectors. As Recruitment Coordinator, Orla is responsible for supporting our business owners in acquiring high quality staff via direct and indirect recruitment methods. Orla will also use her experience to assist owners in developingtheir recruitment marketing strategies, maximising staff retention and essentially grow their business.
