Team Members

My name is Matthew and I started with Right at Home as a Community Caregiver in April 2020, following the closure of hospitality due to Covid-19, and a 9 year spell in hotel management. Joining Right at Home was a big career change, but not something unfamiliar, as I was caring for family during my career in hospitality. It's something I wish I'd done sooner, as the care industry is a great one to work in, and knowing we are making a difference to people's lives, those who need it the most, is incredibly rewarding.

In conjunction with the rest of the management team, I help to ensure compliance through staff observations and training, and visit clients' homes to complete assessments.
