Hi, my name is Melanie, prefer to be called Mel. I have two grown up children and two grandchildren.
I have worked in health and social care for the past twelve years. Although it is sometimes challenging it is also extremely rewarding and I cannot imagine myself doing anything else. I am very excited to join Right at Home as their values are the same as mine. I believe that everyone deserves the best quality, compassionate and person centred care.
I have achieved NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care. I have just completed Manual Handling training which enables me to deliver the All Wales Manual Handling Passport which will ensure all staff are given the relevant training to perform their job role as Caregivers to the very best standard.
