CareGiver/Trainee Care Coordinator

We are in the process to recruit an experienced and qualified  CareGiver who will be trained simultaneously to be an  ambitious  Care Co-ordinator for our Office in Wimbledon.

The CareGiver / Trainee Care Coordinator will have to perform CareGiving duties in the field for 17 hrs a week and 20 hrs as a Trainee Coordinator  in the office.

As a CareGiver you will support the  vulnerable adults in the local community providing personal care , assisting clients with washing , dressing , shopping, housekeeping and meal preparation.

As a Trainee Care Coordinator you will be trained in:

-Preparing the daily rota for Carers in coordination with the requirements of the clients.

-Ensuring that  outstanding compliance across the business and to support the business in achieving a minimum of “Good” in CQC inspections

-To maintain accurate records on the system of all communications. Able to make changes to Clients and Care Giver files.

-To plan ahead to cover holidays, training and planned absence

-Report weekly KPI’s to the Registered Manager and Owner

-To identify and match the most suitable CareGivers for each package

-Ensure all CareGivers submit their time sheets weekly which are accurately completed, and match these to what is on the system

-Preparing the daily rota for Carers in coordination with the requirements   of  the clients

-To carry out any adhoc duties given by the Senior Management Team to suit the needs of the business


What we require from you:

– You will need at least a NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care.

– You will need to have a  Driving licence and your own car.

– Experience working in Domiciliary Care.

– Residing in and around SW11 to SW20 and KT 1 to KT5

– A cleared CRB check and right to work in UK

– Good IT, organisational, communication and report writing skills

– To be a team player and be able to trouble shoot when the pressure is on
