In May 2021, we received the WorkBuzz 5* Employer Award!


The WorkBuzz CareGiver satisfaction survey is a survey created for employees to provide anonymous feedback about Right at Home. The survey is independently conducted by WorkBuzz and the feedback is kept completely confidential, allowing the team to be open and honest in their responses, safe in the knowledge that their identity remains anonymous.

Our CareGiver team have worked tirelessly over the last 12 months. Making sure each one of our Clients has continued to receive high quality care and support throughout the pandemic. We’re immensely proud of the high standards of care they uphold


We know there is always room to improve and grow, therefore we intend to focus on the areas highlighted where we can improve further. We have already analysed the results and put a measurable action plan in place, with the deadline to deliver these changes in full by 31st August 2021

Through the WorkBuzz 5 Star Employer awards, we are able to recognise employers who are truly leading employee engagement to improve the working lives of their people.

Over the next 12 months, we intend on improving our CareGivers overall wellbeing and to provide more regular, focused support from their supervisor over and above the expectations from the regulator, the Care Quality Commission.
